Triangle One Day Event – Orchestra Details and Confirmation
The orchestra will arrive at 4:00 PM for setup
The string quartet/orchestra will begin performing around 4:45 PM
We are planning for three 30ish-minute sets
VIP Reception - background performance to welcome guest into the reception
Pre One Day Event Programming - background performance to welcome guests into the networking space
Post One Day Event Programming - to play during as guests continue networking and as they leave
NOTE: Our team will follow up with one non-networking performance full-orchestra piece for a pin-drop moment
Students will take a break briefly around 5:15–5:30 PM for pizza and snacks in the green room
The final background performance set is currently planned for approximately 7:00–7:30 PM, with breakdown as early as 7:40 pm
We are planning space for approximately 35 students. The orchestra will bring instruments, stands, and core equipment. We will coordinate with the venue regarding extension cords, possible cord channeling, a loading zone for the activity and school buses, a green room space for breaks, and folding chairs without armrests.
